Scope
The plastic pollution issues that plague today's society are in desperate need of viable solutions. This group has vast experience in the formulation and analysis of biomaterials that can serve as an ecologically friendly replacement to current petro-based plastics, but the scaling up and manufacturability of these materials stands as a hurdle to this effort. The Center for Design and Manufacturing Excellence partnered with the listed members serves a tremendous opportunity to further develop this opportunity into products ready for implementation into the manufacturing and processing industry.
